We are also a leader in the exciting new innovation in caring for the elderly, and that is the Eden Concept. This was recently developed to offer a much more relaxing, fullfilling, and enjoyable quality of life for the resident by making their surroundings much more homelike and calming. Part of this we have done by bringing in a wonderful collection of friendly animals. These have included 3 house cats that are free to roam the building making friends with the residents, 3 beautiful bird aviaries with about 30 birds that at times include many new hatchlings, an outdoor style fish pond complete with a waterfall and Koa (goldfish), a tropical fish tank with many exotic colorful fish, and also a fresh water fish tank. But this is just the begining of the wonderful Eden Concept. It also includes many hours of additional training for our qualified staff on the Eden Concept which includes making the resident feel cared for, needed, and appreciated.
